Individual Counseling for Those on the Spectrum

OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder), suicidal thoughts, attention deficit disorder, and learning disabilities are also often seen in individuals on the spectrum. Individual counseling is a recommended treatment method (along with medication, when indicated) for a wide range of mental health problems.

Individual counseling is generally most effective on a weekly basis, with regular, one-hour sessions, although we can discuss how best to meet your needs.
