Appointments & Fees

Please come 15 minutes early to our office in Bothell, WA for your first appointment to fill out your paperwork. Sessions are normally 50 – 60 minutes long, and may extend a bit longer if time allows. You will not be asked to pay for an extended session without your agreement in advance. Most medical insurance companies provide coverage for Licensed Mental Health Counselors and we will be happy to bill your insurance company for you.  You may wish to call yours in advance to verify coverage. I am on the Kaiser and First Choice Health Network. I  will bill as an “out of network provider” for all others. I do ask for payment at time of service; if you are using your insurance I will ask for my full fee until we can find out what your insurance company will pay. Microsoft Premera members can apply with the company’s Human Resources Department for an in-network exception,  if you are seeking autism-related services.
